Care is provided to all customers with a current software maintenance and support subscription.

New Versions New versions of our products containing important new features and improvements requested by our customers are released every 12-15 months. New versions (identified with version numbers such as v3.0, v4.0, etc.) are shipped on CD-ROM to all customers with an active soft maintenance subscription. Service Releases Service Releases containing corrections and small improvements are released several times a year. They are distributed on demand via download from the appropriate support center. A password is required to install downloaded service releases. Customers with an active software maintenance subscription can acquire the password by contacting customer support. Service Releases can also be requested on CD-ROM, however there is a $25 fee to cover production, packaging, and shipping costs. Purchase order or payment is required prior to shipment. Payment can be made by Check, VISA, or MasterCard.
