How do I print a comprehensive report for just one employee?There are two ways to do this, however one is much simpler and quicker than the other. The first method is to print an Employee Profile report. This report allows you to print just about everything Skills Manager knows about an employee.
1. Choose Employees on the Skills Manager menu. 2. (The Browse Employees form is displayed). 3. Locate and highlight the employee. 4. Click the Print Profile button located in the lower right of the browse form. 5. (An Employee Profile Report Options window is displayed). 6. Check the categories of data that you would like printed on the report. 7. Click OK to process the report.
The second method is to print an Employee History report. This report is nearly identical to the Employee Profile report, however it is accessed via the Report Queue where it can be printed for multiple employees at one time. Filters are used to identify the selected employees. Using just the Employee Social Security filter you can produce the report for a single employee. 1. Select Reports from the Skills Manager menu. 2. (The Browse Report Queue form is displayed). 3. Click the Insert button to create a new report definition. 4. (The Add Report form is displayed). 5. Choose Employee History Report from the report name list. 6. Enter a Report Description. Set Employee Filters: 7. Click the Employee Filter button. 8. Click in the Social Security filter. 9. Enter a valid Social Security Number. 10. Click OK to save the Employee filter choices. 11. Click OK to save the report definition. |
