How do I print a list of employees who are currently certified?1. Select Reports from the Skills Manager menu. 2. (The Browse Report Queue form is displayed). 3. Click the Insert button to create a new report definition. 4. (The Add Report form is displayed). 5. Choose Roster by Agency from the report name list. 6. Enter a Report Description. Set Certification filters: 7. Check the Certification checkbox to activate the certification filters. 8. Click the Certification Filter button. 9. Click in the Certificate filter. 10. Press F2 to display the Browse Certificates form. 11. Locate the desired Certificate. 12. Click the Select button. 13. Click in the Status filter. 14. Press F2 to display the Browse Certificate Status form. 15. Locate the desired Status. 16. Click the Select button. 17. Click OK to save the Certification filter choices. 18. Click OK to save the report definition.
Note: You could choose the Roster for this report, however when reporting on certification it is best to choose the Certification Report so that you can see the details (certificate, date(s), status, etc.) of the certifications. Variation: Choose Certification by Agency Report from the report name list to see employees listed by agency on the report. |
