How do I print a simple list of employees who are currently and/or formerly employed by a single agency?1. Select Reports from the Skills Manager menu. 2. (The Browse Report Queue form is displayed). 3. Click the Insert button to create a new report definition. 4. (The Add Report form is displayed). 5. Choose Roster from the report name list. 6. Enter a Report Description. Set Employment filters: 7. Check the Employment checkbox to activate the employment filters. 8. Click the Employment Filter button. 9. Click in the Agencies filter. 10. Press F2 to display the Browse Agencies form. 11. Locate the desired Agency. 12. Click the Select button. 13. Click OK to save the Employment filter choices. 14. Click OK to save the report definition. Variation: Choose Employment Report from the report name list to see employment details on the report. |
